The light source is more than 20 times stronger than the traditional exposure lamp,and the life is more than 10 times longer than the traditional light source.Suction adopts quiet 1500W dry vacuum pump without refueling.The quotation is the price of air-cooled configuration,and the price of water-cooled configuration is increased by 10%(including water-cooled light source and water-cooled platform).
