2.All the parts in contact with materials are food grade SUS304 material.It can be upgraded to SS316 material according to customer requirements;And the frame and electric box are made of 304 stainless steel;
3.Bag-making,measuring,filling,sealing,cutting and counting are all finished automatically;
4.Either under set length control or photo-electronic color tracing,we set bag length and cut it in one step.Time and film saving;
5.Alarm function:Abnormal cursor detection,abnormal bag pulling signal,abnormal paper feeding signal.

Measurement Method-Cup Set for Granule Products
Cup Material:food grade SS304.One set includes 6 pieces;It is volume way not weight.We make cup sets according to different material’s density and requested weight.One machine isequipped with one set cups.Cup Volume:can be fine adjusted;Max. Cup Volume:80ml.
Date Coding Ribbon Printer
It is heating code printer with three lanes.Each lane can put 13 codes(each code W2mm H3mm). And it is very easy to changecodes(0-9, A-Z).
Printer Ribbon:30mm x 100m;If the ribbon runs out or breaks, the machine will alarm and stop running.
Photo Sensor
If your roll film has color code,you need to use photo sensor to read it.Please press mark cutting on the touch screen,and choose the dark color or light color according to your color code.For this photo sensor,the lens can be converted 90°,and two-color light source can be switched at any time.
