Features
The fast paper cup machine is designed and manufactured based on the traditional cam transmission operation model (mechanized transmission gear structure).In the paper cup and bowl equipment industry for many years,its stability,speed,accuracy and quality have been recognized by the market and customers.The integrated control of paper suction,cup turning,cup lifting and other processes operates smoothly,and has the advantages of quickly identifying and solving faults.
1.PLC touch screen control system makes the entire machine operation simplely and smoothly,while multi-station light and shadow alarms ensure equipment protection more intelligent,with simpler worker operation.
2.The transmission components,including camshaft and gears,are all made from 20CrMnti material through complex process such as rough machining,quenching,and precision grinding manufacturing;thereby extending the maintenance-free period and ensuring greater stability of the equipment.
3.The suction paper unit can be optionally configured with upper and lower suction modes or a rotating suction paper mode.Additionally,automatic paper feeding and base paper lifting are available as optional accessories downgraded auxiliary function.
