Full automatic window patching machine is used for patching window by film on paper. It can accept PP film,PET film,PVC film and so on.Its max capacity is 10000 pieces for one hour.It can produce tissue boxes,gift boxes, toy boxes,shirt boxes,milk cartons and other window boxes.

Configuration
Window patching machine is widely used for patching the window on the liquor box, gift box,tissue box,cosmetic box,toy box and so on.
The paper feeder is controlled by servo motor,the belt is from Poland.No-stop feeding paper,no overlapping paper or missing paper.
The paper moving system adopt pushing chain and air sucking belt.They have positioning function,insure the paper comes same place in same time.
Glue part adopt flexo printing technology.We can adjust the place of glue on the paper without any stop.When missing paper,glue part will up in case of the glue leaves on the air sucking belt.
The film cutting part adopt roll-knife.It is controlled by servo motor so that we can adjust the film length without stop in the PLC.It also can adjust the place of film on the paper without stop.It has special knife to cut film for tissue box.When it is patching window with punching and scoring,the speed is around 4000 pcs for one hour,and the accuracy is ±1 mm.

A:1)We provide training in our factory for free; 2)We can send technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and training.You shall pay the round trip air fare and accommodations,plus each technician charges USD100/per day.
Q8.Do you have machines in stock?
A:For standard model,we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce it for you.
Q9.How can you assure the machines’ quality?
A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.
Q11.What’s the payment term?
A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
Q12.Do you accept factory visiting?
A:Warmly welcome for your visiting.

A:The Shanghai company since in 2008,the factory is more than 25years.
